Reverse Shipment: Customers can apply for a return via Sales.Saheliboutique@gmail.com . Return shipments will be charged USD 49 as a reverse pickup shipping charge. Return shipping and customs charges are non-refundable.

Processing Time: Once the product is received and passes Quality Check, the refund will be initiated within 48 hours.
Timeline: It takes 20-25 working days for the product to reach our warehouse in NLafter being dropped at our courier partner’s office. The refund will be processed post-Quality Check.
